It is tasked to try, hear, and resolve actual controversies and conflicts regarding the constitutionality and instrumentality of the conduct, principles, resolutions and policies of teh USG officers.The Judiciary strives to protect the students’ rights to have effective student leaders in their student government.Also, under the Judiciary branch are the Commission on Audit and the Commission on Elections. COA is responsible for auditing all revenues, expenses, and disbursements of funds of ALL USG units to ensure that there funds are properly used. COMELEC is the steering committee of the USG elections.
